INfluence Leadership Institute, Hayiya Dance Theatre, Inc.'s leadership program for students ages 9 to 18 years, focuses on academic success and artistic development as well as leadership and community service.  INfluence, represented visually by the Adinkra symbol “Adinkrahene” of three concentric circles, works to equip students to effectively identify and balance their circle of influence in preparation for educational and real-life advancement.
